You order is important. As such, Sparkly Dust insures all of our deliveries so you can order with confidence knowing that on the off chance anything happens to your order, we'll take care of it. 

Please keep these tips in mind when placing your order:

  • Should your item arrive noticeably damaged, refuse the item and let the currier take it back to their offices and then contact our responsive customer service team right away to get to the bottom of things.
  • After receiving your order, check the item as soon as possible to ensure its quality. Please confirm that you are happy with the color, amount and suitability of your order. Do you have everything to complete the task at hand?
  • If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for FREE. To do so, contact our customer support so we can arrange a return and issue a refund.
